In a recent blog we discussed how a 16-year-old athlete suffered an acute knee injury while playing softball. The patient was treated with CartiMax® a single-stage viable cartilage MTF allograft. At three months post-op, an MRI showed decreased edema and well-integrated CartiMax®.
