Yes you can. AVEO™ Argon Module is a separate capital unit that would sit right underneath the AVEO™ Electrosurgical Generator on your cart. Other components such as the argon tanks, cables, and pressure reducer would also be required and available for sale from CONMED. Working with your local CONMED AET territory manager is the easiest way to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for when making an investment in a new electrosurgical and argon unit.

Instructions can be found on page 23 of the operators manual. This will provide details on how to mount ESU components to the cart, ESU and ABC shelf installation, and securing and connecting CO2 or argon tanks. Please follow these instructions or contact your CONMED AET territory manager who would be happy to assist in installing and setting up your new AVEO™ ESU!

AVEO™ comes pre-loaded with 26 GI specific programs for all your GI procedure needs. These procedures, which have all been extensively tested and validated by GI physicians, include ERCP, sphincterotomy, ESD, EMR, polypectomy, argon specific programs, and more! You can easily toggle between these procedures on the touch screen, customize and save energy settings based on physician preference, and automatically keep your most common used procedures at the top of the list.

Monopolar and bipolar energy are available with the AVEO™ electrosurgical unit. Monopolar energy cut modes include Endomode R, Endomode D, Pure Cut, and Blend Cut. Monopolar energy coagulation modes include Gentle Coag, Coag Dissect, Spray Coag, and Forced Coag. Bipolar cut and Bipolar coag are also available. Monopolar and Bipolar each have their own receptacles on the AVEO™ ESU interface where disposable products can be plugged into.

There are also four types of Argon modes; Argon Steady, Argon Slow, Argon Fast, Argon Fast+.

A full AVEO™ system includes both the ESU and Argon modules. It also features a wired foot pedal, cart to hold the ESU and Argon units, argon tank holder which is installed on the cart, and the argon pressure reducer. The applicable cables to connect the full system together are also be included.

AVEO™ comes with a standard two year warranty. There are also extended warranties for sale that would extend 2, 4, or 6 years after the standard warranty expires.
